Community Executive

Key Responsibilities

Tenant Relations & Experience Manages day-to-day tenant interactions and serves as the first point of contact for inquiries, requests, and concerns. Builds strong relationships with tenant representatives to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction. Coordinates tenant move-ins, move-outs, and space modifications while ensuring minimal disruption to other occupants.

Operations Coordination Oversees daily building operations including coordination of maintenance activities, vendor management, and facility services. Monitors building systems and coordinates with engineering teams to address issues promptly. Ensures common areas, amenities, and facilities are maintained to high standards.

Communication & Engagement Develops and distributes regular tenant communications including newsletters, building updates, and emergency notifications. Organizes tenant engagement events and community-building activities. Maintains building intranet, digital displays, and communication platforms.

Service Delivery Manages work order systems and ensures timely resolution of tenant service requests. Coordinates with cleaning, security, and other service providers to maintain service level agreements. Conducts regular building inspections and tenant satisfaction surveys.

Administrative Functions Maintains accurate records of tenant interactions, service requests, and building activities. Supports lease administration activities and tenant billing inquiries. Assists with budget management for tenant-related programs and building amenities.
