As part of the Microsoft CRM team you will help our clients transform their Sales, Service and Marketing functions leveraging Microsoft Dynamics. You will also help deploy and optimize the use of Microsoft Business Applications Suite across several industries, to provide enterprises with deep domain knowledge and purpose built front office applications designed to meet the unique needs of the business.

As part of the Business Application Consulting team you will lead the development and implementation of innovative solutions within Microsoft Dynamics CRM. As a Senior Associate, you will analyze complex problems, mentor junior team members, and build meaningful client relationships while navigating the intricacies of client needs and expectations. This role offers the chance to deepen your technical knowledge and enhance your personal brand in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
Design and implement solutions for Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications
Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions
Conduct system testing and validation to maintain functionality
Provide training and support to end-users for impactful system use
Maintain documentation of system configurations and updates
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CRM applications
Stay updated on new features and enhancements in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Support project management efforts to maintain successful implementation
What You Must Have
Bachelors Degree
4 years of experience
Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
4 to 8 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE
Proven experience in technical architecture and strategy development
Demonstrating critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Utilizing a broad range of tools for insights extraction
Excelling in straightforward and structured communication
Upholding the firms code of ethics and business conduct
Seeking diverse opportunities for exposure and growth
Knowledge of Azure DevOps & CI/CD implementation preferred
