Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for DeepTech product and platform teams. The role requires strong expertise in Agile/Scrum practices, stakeholder collaboration, and driving high-quality product releases. The ideal candidate will act as a servant leader and Agile coach, enabling teams to deliver scalable and innovative solutions, especially in AI-driven environments.

Consistent achievement of sprint goals and deliverables
Improved team velocity and sprint predictability
Reduced cycle time and lead time
High release success rate with minimal defects
Increased team productivity and engagement
Well-managed and prioritized product backlog
Continuous improvement via actionable retrospectives
Increased Agile maturity across teams

Experience

8–10 years in IT/Product Engineering with Agile/Scrum exposure
Proven experience as a Scrum Master for product/platform teams
Experience managing multiple Agile teams and complex environments
Exposure to DeepTech domains (AI/ML, data platforms, cloud) preferred

Education & Certifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Computer Science / related field
Certifications: CSM / PSM / SAFe Scrum Master (preferred)
Additional Agile/Lean/Product certifications are a plus
