C++ Developer

Location :- Hyderabad

Your Role

As a Senior C++ Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions focused on industrial communication, device integration, and protocol implementation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable, and high-quality applications while contributing to architecture, development, testing, and deployment activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance software applications primarily using C++.
• Implement, enhance, and support industrial communication protocol stacks and device integration solutions.
• Analyze customer and system requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop communication interfaces for industrial devices and embedded systems.
• Implement, troubleshoot, and optimize communication and file transfer protocols to ensure seamless interoperability.
• Develop and maintain ODBC driver implementations and database connectivity components.
• Configure, integrate, and validate third-party devices using vendor instruction manuals and technical documentation.
• Perform protocol analysis, packet inspection, debugging, and troubleshooting across multiple communication interfaces.
• Collaborate with Product Management, QA, DevOps, and customer teams to deliver reliable software solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and mentor junior engineers.
• Support Docker-based deployments and contribute to CI/CD and DevOps practices.
  
  

Your Profile

• Good working knowledge of C# is desirable.
• Strong experience with industrial communication protocols:
• DNP3
• SNMP
• IEC 61850
• Modbus
• Hands-on experience with communication and file transfer protocols:
• FTP, FTPS, SFTP, TFTP
• HTTP, ASCII
• YMODEM, XMODEM
• Strong experience in ODBC driver implementation and database connectivity.
• Expertise in protocol debugging, packet analysis, and troubleshooting using Wireshark, tcpdump, or similar tools.
• Hands-on experience with Docker for containerization, deployment, and application management.
  

Good to Have

• Experience with C# application development.
• Exposure to Industrial Automation, SCADA, Power Systems, or Embedded Communication Software.
• Knowledge of modern DevOps toolchains and Agile development methodologies.
