Job Title: Product Designer -UX/UI

Experience: 7+ years

Job Duration: 6 months(Contract)

Location: Hyderabad/ Mohali/Kochi

Requirement

The primary purpose of a product designer (UX/UI) is to design intuitive, engaging and user-centred user experiences across our digital platforms that meet both user needs and business goals.

Roles And Responsibilities

• User Research: Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviours, and pain points. Analyse user feedback and data to inform design decisions.
• Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups to visualize design concepts and interactions.
• Visual Design: Design visually appealing and cohesive interfaces that align with our brand identity and enhance the user experience.
• Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs to improve usability and user satisfaction.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of designs.
• Design Systems: Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across all digital products.
• Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve our design processes.
• User Personas and Stories: Develop and document user personas, user stories, and information architecture to understand and map user behaviours and requirements.
• Accessibility Standards: Apply accessibility standards to ensure inclusive, usable designs for diverse audiences.
• Responsive Design: Design responsive layouts and ensure an optimal user experience across both desktop and mobile platforms.
• Typography and Colour Theory: Apply principles of typography and colour theory to craft visually appealing, readable designs.
• Presentation: Present design concepts clearly and confidently to customers and stakeholders, gathering feedback and making necessary adjustments.
  
  

Skills Required

• 6+ years of proven experience as a UX/UI Product Designer or similar role.
• 3+ year of experience in leading design projects.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process for digital platform (ideally Ecommerce).
• Experience with user research methods and usability testing.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence product design strategy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to guide and ideate products from scratch and improve features within a user-centered design process.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the knowledge of technical constraints and limitations as they apply to designing for platforms such as desktop and mobile.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe or similar.
• Proficiency in using Google Analytics and Clarity tools to analyse and understand user behaviour
• Masters / Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
