Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business processes with organizational objectives.
• Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements and recommend actionable strategies.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on process design and documentation.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather detailed business requirements and validate process designs.
  
  
  

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Retail Xstore Point of Service (POS).
• Experience in mapping and modeling business processes to support technology implementations.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex business requirements and translate them into clear process documentation.

• Familiarity with tools and techniques for user and task analysis to enhance process accuracy and effectiveness.

• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
