Job Overview

  • We are looking for a highly motivated Business Operations Manager to lead and manage day-to-day operations for AI-driven projects. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of AI Trainers, driving productivity and quality outcomes, and ensuring seamless execution across projects.
  • This role requires strong people leadership, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to operate independently in a high-ownership, low-management environment.


Key Responsibilities

Team & People Management

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 15+ AI Trainers, driving high performance, engagement, and accountability
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and feedback sessions to support individual and team growth
  • Address people-related issues proactively and escalate when necessary to ensure timely resolution


Performance & Delivery Management

  • Set, track, and optimize productivity targets while maintaining high content quality standards
  • Ensure consistent adherence to quality benchmarks across all deliverables
  • Oversee daily operations for assigned projects, ensuring timelines, SLAs, and deliverables are met


Quality Assurance

  • Monitor transaction quality and content accuracy through audits and reviews
  • Implement corrective and preventive actions to continuously improve quality outcomes
  • Partner with QA and stakeholders to uphold client-specific quality expectations


Stakeholder & External Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders and clients for operational matters
  • Manage expectations through clear communication, timely updates, and professional interactions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across operations, product, and delivery


Reporting & Analytics

  • Track, analyze, and report key metrics including productivity, quality, CSAT, and delivery health
  • Present regular performance reports to senior leadership and clients with actionable insights
  • Use data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for operational improvement


Process & Project Oversight

  • Ensure projects are executed efficiently within defined scope and timelines
  • Drive operational improvements and process optimizations to scale delivery
  • Manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining execution excellence


Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 6+ years of experience in operations, delivery, or team management roles
  • Proven experience managing teams of 10–20+ members
  • Strong execution mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Excellent analytical skills with comfort working with operational data and metrics
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from Tier-1 institutions
