Your Team

You will be part of the Product Strategy team, working with the global stakeholders to deliver visual and automated solutions for the Product Strategy organization.

Your Role

• Business Intelligence Analyst with 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, preferably within the Asset Management or Investment Consulting domain.
• The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in simplifying data accessibility by integrating third-party applications using Python and Power BI APIs and delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Tools & Technologies:
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis, automation, and API development.
• Experience with Power BI, including Power BI REST API for automation and integration.
• Knowledge of ETL pipelines and data processing frameworks.
• Understanding of data modelling, database concepts, and process flow design.
• Strong SQL skills, including stored procedures and complex queries.
• Familiarity with Snowflake or other cloud data warehouse platforms.
• Exposure to Alteryx Designer and Gallery is a plus.
• Experience with PowerApps, Power BI Paginated Reports, and Power Automate is advantageous.
• Experience in VBA is plus.
  

The Experience You Bring

• 2–5 years in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics roles.
• Collaborate with business users to gather data processing and visualization requirements.
• Design and implement scalable analytics solutions tailored to business needs.
• Develop and maintain Python-based APIs for seamless data integration across third-party applications.
• Build and optimize Power BI dashboards, leveraging Power BI APIs for automation and enhanced user experience.
• Understand and navigate complex data landscapes across databases and other platforms.
• Reconcile, validate, and ensure data accuracy across systems.
• Communicate insights effectively to senior management and cross-functional teams.
• Lead initiatives to simplify data accessibility and improve decision-making processes.
• Work closely with business SMEs and IT teams to deliver impactful analytics solutions.
• Present findings and solutions to moderate-sized groups with clarity and confidence.
• Demonstrate a proactive, goal-oriented approach to problem-solving and project delivery.
  
  

Academic Requirements

• B. Tech or equivalent; candidates from Asset Management or Investment Management backgrounds are highly preferred.
