Job Title: Business Development ManagerJob Description
The Business Development Manager (BDM) plays a crucial role in driving growth and expansion in the India marketplace by focusing on our Manufacturing, Mechanical & Electrical, and Systems & Software Practices. The BDM will develop and execute strategies to enhance our service capabilities within assigned accounts, working closely with a dedicated team to ensure a consistent approach throughout the sales cycle.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategies and execute plans to expand services opportunities in the India marketplace.
- Meet or exceed annual revenue and gross profit targets.
- Collaborate with Practice leaders and solution experts to deliver innovative solutions to clients.
- Expand capabilities within assigned accounts and maintain strong client relationships.
- Introduce solutions and ideas to clients to improve their business performance.
- Assist in assessing, designing, and developing technical requirements and solutions.
- Support project proposal development and present proposed solutions to clients.
- Manage client expectations throughout the sales cycle and closing process.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities with customers, building relationships with Executive Sponsors and key decision makers.
- Demonstrate strong business acumen in sales, RFx’s, presentations, contracts, negotiations, communications, technology, reporting, and leading by influence.
- Enlist Corporate functions to ensure appropriate functioning in large account set-up, including contractual requirements and regulatory compliance.
- Exhibit leadership skills in relationship building, organizational agility, command skills, and institutional stretch assignments.
