Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager with a strong background in building materials, specifically Aluminum & uPVC Windows, to join our growing team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of business development success, strong customer relationships, and deep product knowledge. This role is critical in driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and establishing strong connections with customers and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for Aluminum & uPVC Windows in the building materials segment.
  • Maintain and expand a strong customer base through regular engagement and relationship-building.
  • Collaborate with the product and technical teams to understand product specifications and market positioning.
  • Achieve sales targets and growth objectives as set by the company.
  • Build long-term strategic partnerships with contractors, builders, architects, and other key stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and product presentations to potential clients.
  • Work closely with the marketing team for promotional activities and lead generation strategies.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and feedback to senior management.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or related role within the building materials industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of Aluminum & uPVC Windows and their applications in the construction and infrastructure sectors.
  • Strong network of industry contacts including builders, developers, architects, and procurement professionals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel across the region as required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • MBA or equivalent would be a plus.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu is desirable.
