Business Development Executive - Inside Sales

Experience: 0–3 Years | Freshers Welcome

Location: Hyderabad | Work From Office

Working Days: 5 Days | Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Role: 70% Business Development | 30% HR Support

Reporting To: Director – HR & Administration

About The Role

We are looking for a high-energy, proactive and ambitious Business Development Executive to build our international client funnel from the ground up.

The role will focus primarily on Inside Sales & Business Development, including market research, lead generation, identifying decision-makers, outreach, client meetings, follow-ups and supporting conversions.

The role will also provide exposure to HR, Administration and People Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development – 70%

• Research target companies, industries and international markets.
• Identify prospects and decision-makers.
• Build and maintain the business development funnel.
• Conduct email, LinkedIn and outbound calling.
• Generate and schedule client meetings.
• Follow up with prospects and manage opportunities.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate internally.
• Maintain the BDE MIS and track Research → Outreach → Meeting → Opportunity → Conversion.
• Support client onboarding and identify further business opportunities.
  
  

HR Support – 30%

• Support day-to-day HR and employee activities.
• Assist with recruitment and candidate coordination.
• Support HR documentation, MIS and onboarding.
• Assist with HR/Admin projects and employee-related activities.
  
  

Requirements

• Master's degree in Marketing or Human Resources (MBA/PGDM/MHRM or equivalent) is mandatory.
• 0–3 years of experience; freshers are welcome.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with outbound calls and professional client communication.
• Good research, follow-up and organizational skills.
• Basic MS Excel / MS Office knowledge.
• Willingness to learn international business development.
