We are looking for an energetic Business Development Executive who can drive new business, build strong client relationships, and contribute to our growth in the HRTech domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through outbound prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable HRMS/Payroll SaaS solutions.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate, and close deals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  
  

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in **B2B Software/SaaS Sales**.
• Experience selling cloud-based software products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong lead generation and client acquisition abilities.
• Experience in **HRMS, Payroll, ERP, CRM, or SaaS product sales** will be an added advantage.
  
  

Preferred Qualification
