As a Business Architect, your day involves exploring and identifying opportunities that can bring measurable value to the business by thoroughly evaluating the existing environment. You will engage in gathering and understanding high-level requirements and shaping effective business solutions. Your role includes bridging the gap between business needs and technology by translating these needs into practical, technology-driven solutions and operational frameworks. Additionally, you will play a vital part in supporting organizational transformation by preparing compelling business cases and steering the execution of important initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and fostering continuous improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure business solutions align with organizational objectives.
• Assist in the documentation and communication of business processes and requirements.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
