Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Architect / Business Systems Analyst (BSA) / Product Owner with 8–10 years of experience to bridge business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in business process analysis, requirements management, solution definition, and stakeholder management. Experience in the Commercial domain is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements, processes, and user needs to define effective business and technology solutions.
• Define business capabilities, processes, system scope, and solution objectives.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and technology teams to translate business needs into clear requirements.
• Act as a Product Owner by managing product vision, roadmap, backlog, and prioritization based on business value.
• Create and maintain user stories, business requirements, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Identify business process gaps, constraints, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead business process improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions align with business architecture and enterprise objectives.
• Prioritize requirements and manage stakeholder expectations across multiple business groups.
• Support solution design, testing, implementation, and release management activities.
• Identify risks and provide recommendations to resolve complex business and process issues.
• Ensure solutions deliver measurable business value and an improved user experience.

Experience & Qualifications

• 8–10 years of relevant experience in Business Architecture, Business Analysis, BSA, Product Ownership, or related roles.
• Strong experience working with business and technology stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage complex requirements and drive solutions from concept through implementation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
