Additionally, the Business Architect supports transformation initiatives by developing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of key projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and fostering continuous improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of business and technology strategies.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to drive project success.
