The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for Engineers to begin their careers in a Business Analyst role, working closely with global enterprise customers to understand business needs, analyze requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technology-driven loyalty management solutions through our GRAVTY® platform.

The role is ideal for Engineers who enjoy customer-facing interactions, are passionate about solving business problems, and aspire to build a career in an enterprise IT product company by consulting with customers, implementing product solutions, and enabling successful digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end implementation of GRAVTY® solutions for global enterprise customers.
• Conduct discovery workshops and requirement-gathering sessions to understand customer business processes, objectives, and challenges.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and solution designs.
• Configure solutions, support testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and go-live activities.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, QA, Analytics, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Build strong customer relationships through effective communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration.
• Deliver customer training sessions and prepare functional documentation, user guides, and implementation artifacts.
• Support post-implementation activities, including issue resolution, solution optimization, and customer adoption.
• Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and contribute to continuous process and product improvements.

An Ideal Candidate

• 2026 Engineering graduate from ECE/EEE/Mechanical stream with a minimum CGPA of 7.5.
• Genuine interest in business consulting, client-facing roles, and enterprise product delivery.
• A strong passion for solving business problems using technology.
• Curiosity to understand business processes and recommend practical technology solutions.
• A proactive, high energy, street-smart mindset with a passion for continuous learning.
• Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to interact confidently with customers.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Ownership, accountability, and a customer-first mindset.
