Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join the Platform UX / Prism team. This role will bridge Product Management, UX, Engineering, and customers to define AI-enabled product capabilities, agentic workflows, and intelligent user experiences.
The ideal candidate should be able to translate business problems into clear functional requirements, understand modern AI capabilities, and work closely with engineering teams to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.

What You'll Do
- Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, Architects, and Engineering teams to understand business problems and translate them into product requirements.
- Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and user experience requirements for AI-powered features and workflows.
- Create detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, wireframes (where appropriate), and functional specifications.
- Work closely with development teams to clarify requirements throughout the development lifecycle.
- Participate in feature prioritization, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and sprint reviews.
- Validate delivered functionality through acceptance testing and ensure solutions meet customer expectations.
- Analyze customer feedback, support cases, and product usage to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements.
- Define and document agent workflows, decision flows, prompts, and business rules for AI-enabled experiences.
- Collaborate with UX teams to ensure solutions are intuitive, user-centric, and aligned with Platform UX standards.
- Coordinate with multiple engineering teams to ensure consistent adoption of Prism capabilities across products.
- Support product demonstrations, customer reviews, and stakeholder presentations.
What You Need To Succeed
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience in software product development.
- Strong experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong customer focus and ability to translate customer needs into product capabilities.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to AI, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), or intelligent automation.
- Experience defining AI-assisted workflows or automation scenarios.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering concepts and AI-assisted user experiences.
- Experience with enterprise software products.
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Figma, or similar collaboration tools.
- Understanding of UX principles, design systems, and user-centered design.
