Job Description: We are looking for a Business Analyst. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities, in-depth knowledge of aviation operations, and the skills to translate business requirements into actionable insights that enhance efficiency and performance. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and ensure the effective execution of aviation-related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize business processes within the aviation industry, identifying areas for operational efficiency.
• Gather, document, and assess business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into detailed technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain business models, process flows, and detailed reports.
• Collaborate with departments such as operations, finance, logistics, and IT to ensure the alignment of business strategies and objectives.
• Utilize data analytics to provide actionable insights and support decision-making within the organization.
• Identify trends and issues affecting business performance, offering solutions to optimize systems and processes.
• Ensure that business solutions are in compliance with aviation regulations and standards.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to key stakeholders, illustrating findings, trends, and actionable recommendations.
• Support the development and implementation of new systems, processes, and tools to improve business performance.
• Contribute to project management efforts by ensuring timely delivery of business requirements and facilitating communication between departments.
  
  

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the aviation industry, or a closely related sector (e.g., transportation, logistics).
• Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data visualization skills; ability to translate business requirements into technical documentation.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., MS Visio, Lucidchart, Tableau, Power BI), and familiarity with ERP systems, CRM software, and aviation-specific software tools.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex data and insights to stakeholders at all levels.
• Project Management: Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.Tech) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) or a related field.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the aviation industry, including trends, regulations, and operational challenges.
  
  

• Certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis) are a plus.
• Experience with aviation regulatory compliance and industry standards (e.g., IATA, FAA).
