Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or higher with minimum 4 years of relevant experience.

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join the CGI Trade360 team. The candidate will analyze business requirements, support functional solution design, prepare and execute test cases, and collaborate with stakeholders across business, development, and QA teams. Strong knowledge of Trade Finance functionalities is mandatory, along with the ability to validate solutions and support UAT. Experience in Supply Chain Finance, SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum will be an advantage.

Your future duties and responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze Functional Designs.
• Prepare clear and detailed Test Scenarios, Test cases and Trackability Matrix based on User Stories, Functional Design
• Analyze Trade Finance business processes and recommend functional solutions aligned with business needs.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Development, Automation QA, and Support teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Review functional requirements with technical teams and ensure accurate implementation of business requirements.
• Execute functional test cases to validate application functionality.
• Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by validating delivered functionality and verifying defect fixes.
• Perform impact analysis and assist in identifying functional gaps and solution improvements.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure timely delivery of functional deliverables while maintaining high quality standards.
• Provide functional support during production releases and assist in issue analysis and resolution.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay updated on Trade Finance industry trends and contribute to continuous product and process improvements.
  
  

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Trade Finance functionalities is mandatory.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and validate functional solutions.
  
  

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience in Supply Chain Finance (SCF) will be an added advantage.
• Experience in test case drafting and execution.
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred.
