Business Analyst Support Ops

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team in Hyderabad. This resource will be responsible for eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements to support product development and delivery. The role acts as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined, understood, and aligned with business objectives. The Business Analyst works closely with Product Managers, Technical Leads, and Project Managers to ensure successful execution of initiatives.

The Day-to-day Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Facilitate requirement‑gathering sessions and workshops with business stakeholders.
• Analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Support backlog refinement activities in collaboration with the Product Manager.
• Assist with backlog grooming and estimation sessions with development teams.
• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including demos and feedback sessions.
• Maintain updated documentation of requirements, workflows, and business processes.
• Provide ongoing clarification to development teams during the delivery lifecycle.
• Update Agile tools such as Azure DevOps or Monday.com for stakeholder visibility.
• Support compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Familiarity with requirement documentation and analysis techniques
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Stakeholder management and collaboration skills
• Proficiency with Agile tools (e.g., Azure DevOps)
• Ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams
