Business Analyst I

Overview

As a Business Analyst, this position drives client onboarding success, optimizes operational processes, and translates business requirements into scalable products and automation solutions. The role serves as a bridge between clients, internal stakeholders, and technical teams to support solution delivery, data-driven decision-making, and continuous process improvement. It aligns with Business Analyst responsibilities and includes advanced exposure to analytical, reporting, and process optimization work. 

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients during onboarding and post-implementation phases. 
• Own the end-to-end implementation journey for standard and high-priority enterprise clients, ensuring smooth adoption and adherence to defined onboarding milestones. 
• Manage complex client engagements involving multiple stakeholders, systems, and dependencies. 
• Gather, analyze, and document client requirements, operational gaps, and business needs. 
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to design and deliver scalable solutions aligned with client and business objectives. 
• Draft and finalize functional and business specifications, securing stakeholder approval before development begins. 
• Collect, analyze, and interpret client and operational data to identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities. 
• Prepare structured reports and communicate insights to internal and external stakeholders. 
• Drive process improvement and automation initiatives that reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and streamline workflows. 
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams during development, testing, deployment, and post-deployment validation while maintaining complete implementation documentation. 

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Operations, or a related field; equivalent practical experience may be considered. 
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, client onboarding, implementation, operations, process improvement, or a related client-facing role. 
• Experience translating client or stakeholder needs into business requirements, functional specifications, and delivery documentation. 
• Experience working with product, engineering, operations, support, or other cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions. 
• Working knowledge of reporting, data analysis, user acceptance testing, and process documentation. 
• Travel requirement: minimal, as business needs require.
