This full-time role as a Business Analyst in Banking is based in Hyderabad with a hybrid work model that allows some flexibility for remote work. As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with stakeholders to understand and analyze business requirements, define solutions, and optimize business processes. You will create detailed documentation, facilitate communication between technical teams and business users, and ensure proposed solutions align with business goals and industry standards.

• Strong proficiency in Business Analysis and Business Process improvement
• Ability to define and document detailed Business Requirements
• Analytical Skills for data interpretation, problem-solving, and decision-making
• Excellent Communication skills for engaging with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with banking operations, financial systems, or related industry knowledge
• Proficiency in project management practices and tools is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
