PMO Analyst

Deloitte is seeking a PMO Analyst to support the Global Employer Services Technology Group by strengthening delivery governance, reporting, and operational execution. In this role, you will help leaders make data-driven decisions, improve delivery consistency, and keep cross-functional workstreams aligned. Work you'll do

As a PMO Analyst on the GES Technology Group team, you will be responsible for supporting delivery operations, reporting, and governance across multiple workstreams.

• Support day-to-day program management activities, including tracking deliverables, timelines, risks, and dependencies
• Administer Azure DevOps (ADO), including work item structures, boards, workflows, user access, and team configurations
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards that track delivery, quality, and performance metrics
• Analyze data from ADO and other sources to provide reporting and actionable insights for program leadership
• Support process improvement initiatives by translating business requirements into delivery workflows, reporting solutions, and configuration updates
  
  

The team

Deloitte Tax LLP’s Global Employer Services (GES) Technology Group helps multinational clients develop programs, processes, and digital offerings to manage global workforce needs and compliance obligations arising from global mobility, business travel, and remote working. The team partners with go-to-market teams and clients to solve complex problems, improve user experiences, and deliver technology-enabled solutions that support compliance with global and local regulations.

Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM

Qualifications

Required:

• 2-5 years of experience in PMO, program management, or operations support roles
• Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, or similar work management platforms
• Experience creating Power BI dashboards, including data modeling and visualization
• Experience writing SQL queries for reporting or analysis
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams
• Experience translating business requirements into reporting, workflow, or system configuration updates
  
  

Preferred:

• Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint, and Teams
• Knowledge of secure software development life cycle (SSDLC) practices
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments, including Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or similar frameworks
• Experience in process design, governance, or transformation initiatives
• Familiarity with data pipelines, system integrations, or reporting architecture
• Experience supporting technical and non-technical stakeholders
