Job Description

• Should have minimum 6+ years of experience in software development environment
  
  

• Experience in creating Process Maps, UML Behavior Diagrams, Business – technology translation/mapping documentation Proficient in JIRA or similar work management tool. Experience with Scrum process & Project management preferrably BFSI domain experience
• Familiarity to application design and architecture
• Familiarity to automation testing
• Ability to write business cases and test cases
• Strong knowledge on MS office suite
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Good understanding on Agile, waterfall methodologies
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
• Knowledge to ServiceNow and ITIL(Incident/Problem and Change Management) process
  
  

• Work directly with clients to understand the business requirements
• Create process flow and reports
• Document uses cases and update SOPs
• Perform application/functional testing
• Create functional requirements
• Work with individual users on to provide support and training
• Identify system defects
