Job Summary:

As a BI Manager at Phenom People, you will be responsible for driving the development and management of our data products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand market needs, define product vision, and deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

What Youll Do:

- Lead the development and management of data products, including data analytics, reporting, and data visualization tools

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand market needs and define product vision

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new features

- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business goals and customer needs

- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features

- Define and track key product metrics to measure the success and impact of data products

- Communicate product updates and progress to internal stakeholders and external clients

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data management and product development

What Youve Done:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data management and product development

- Strong Knowledge on Data models, data warehouse.

- Should be able to structure a database, Collaborate the data, generate lot of recommendations

- Strong understanding on how comes in through various links

- Sound Knowledge on any of the technologies like Amazon cloud, Snowflakes, Databricks, Apache, Informatica etc.,

- Knowledge on SQL

- Strong understanding of HR technology and recruitment processes

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Proven track record of successfully delivering data products in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Experience with agile development methodologies

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
