Job Overview
The Beauty Advisor at Reliance Retail is a full-time, junior-level position based in Ameerpet & AS Rao Nagar, Hyderabad. With 1 to 3 years of experience, the role focuses on delivering an outstanding customer experience, promoting and selling beauty products, and providing expert advice. The Beauty Advisor will be key in upholding the brands high service standards and ensuring customer satisfaction in a dynamic retail environment.
Qualifications And Skills
Demonstrated product knowledge of beauty and cosmetic items with the ability to provide accurate information to customers (Mandatory skill).
Strong retail selling skills, including the ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive store performance (Mandatory skill).
Makeup artistry expertise with hands-on experience in product application, color matching, and delivery of personalized consultations (Mandatory skill).
Effective customer service abilities, ensuring a welcoming environment and efficient resolution of customer concerns in a retail setting.
Experience in visual merchandising, ensuring displays are attractive and reflect the latest trends in the beauty industry to maximize sales opportunities.
Familiarity with Point Of Sale (POS) systems, facilitating smooth transaction processes and maintaining high accuracy in billing operations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling positive interactions with customers, colleagues, and management for seamless store operations.
Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability for responding promptly to customer inquiries and rapidly changing in-store needs.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support fellow team members to achieve collective goals in a high-paced retail atmosphere.

Greet and engage customers, delivering superior beauty consultations tailored to individual needs and preferences for an exceptional experience.
Assist customers in selecting products by demonstrating expert product knowledge and providing personalized makeup tips and recommendations.
Contribute actively to achieving sales targets through effective promotions, upselling, and cross-selling tactics in the beauty department.
Maintain attractive, well-stocked, and organized merchandising displays that encourage product visibility and impulse purchasing.
Handle transactions efficiently using Point Of Sale (POS) systems, ensuring accuracy and promptness in all billing and payment activities.
Deliver post-sale services by addressing returns, exchanges, and queries while ensuring total customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Stay updated on new product launches, trends, and industry developments to continuously enhance knowledge and advise customers proficiently.
Support store operations by collaborating with colleagues, assisting with inventory control, and ensuring compliance with company standards and policies.
