Position Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive new business opportunities for CloudHire in the B2C segment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in high-volume sales, particularly in the Indian market. We are especially interested in candidates who have successfully sold products or service packages ranging from ₹9,000 to ₹19,999 INR in sales-driven organizations.


Key Responsibilities


  • Make a minimum of 110 outbound calls per week.
  • Achieve a minimum 25% close rate on qualified leads.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers.
  • Understand customer needs and effectively communicate the value of CloudHire's offerings.
  • Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Follow up with leads and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a sales-driven role.
  • Experience in B2C sales is mandatory.
  • Prior experience in SaaS sales is preferred.
  • Experience selling products or services in the ₹9,000 – ₹19,999 price range.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and KPIs.
  • Ability to perform effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.


Technical Requirements

  • Reliable high-speed internet connection.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales tools.
  • Comfortable using video conferencing and communication platforms.
  • Basic understanding of SaaS products and online sales processes.
