We're looking for Automation Engineers who can design, build, and scale business-critical automation systems that directly impact revenue, operations, customer experience, and growth. The Role

Automation Engineer

Experience: 1–3 Years

Location: Hyderabad / Indore

Core Stack: n8n, Make (Integromat), Zapier, APIs, Webhooks, JavaScript, Python.

What We're Looking For

• Strong hands-on experience with automation platforms such as n8n, Make, and Zapier
• Deep understanding of n8n workflow architecture, nodes, triggers, webhooks, and automation design
• Experience building automation workflows from scratch based on business requirements
• Knowledge of JavaScript and Python for scripting, custom logic, and data transformation
• Hands-on experience working with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, OAuth, API Keys, and JWT authentication
• Experience integrating third-party platforms including CRMs, communication tools, sales systems, and internal applications
• Strong troubleshooting skills with experience handling rate limits, workflow failures, retries, logging, and monitoring
• Ability to identify automation opportunities and translate business processes into scalable automation systems
• Understanding of operational efficiency, lead generation workflows, customer engagement automation, and revenue-driven automation initiatives
• Strong documentation skills and workflow structuring practices
• Awareness of automation security, permissions, and access management best practices.
  
  

• Active n8n, Make, or Zapier portfolio
• Public workflow templates or community contributions
• Experience with AI-powered workflows and LLM integrations
• CRM Automation and Sales Pipeline Automation experience
• Client-facing experience involving requirement gathering and solution design
• Experience measuring automation impact through business KPIs and operational improvements

• Reliance on templates without the ability to customize and scale solutions
• Fear of APIs, integrations, or debugging complex workflows
• Waiting for detailed instructions before taking ownership
