Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Own regional P&L and drive revenue targets for B2B broking products (Equity, Derivatives, Commodity, Currency, APIs, OMS/RMS, etc.).
  • Acquire new institutional/B2B clients including sub-brokers, franchisees, RIAs, channel partners, and investment firms.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and product penetration.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the partner ecosystem.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key regional partners and high-value clients.
  • Provide product pitch, demos, and training for platform capabilities, APIs, and brokerage models.
  • Understand client needs and coordinate with operations, product, and tech teams for seamless onboarding.
  • Address escalations and ensure high client satisfaction and retention.

Team & Regional Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate regional sales teams to achieve targets.
  • Conduct performance reviews, set KPIs, and drive a high-performance culture.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Risk, Compliance, Product, Marketing) to support regional goals.
  • Drive region-wide sales campaigns, partner events, and outreach programs.

Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, regulatory updates, and market dynamics (SEBI, exchanges, brokers).
  • Provide data-driven insights to senior management to enhance product offerings and pricing strategies.
  • Analyze regional performance and prepare sales forecasts and reports.

Process & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal compliance policies.
  • Ensure timely onboarding, documentation, and KYC processing for B2B partners.
  • Maintain clean sales pipelines and CRM hygiene.
