Job Description

  • Serve as the main contact for all technical support inquiries.
  • Manage the support ticket system, including mailbox management and Service Now.
  • Quickly and efficiently troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Maintain a centralized record of issues, bugs, and challenges.
  • Elevate intricate issues or bugs to the development teams.
  • Conduct routine monitoring of applications.
  • Participate in daily stand-ups to review issues, bugs, and upcoming features with development support teams.
  • Stay updated with the latest versions and features of supported applications to provide accurate support.
  • Gather user feedback to provide insights to the development and product teams for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and report on support KPIs to ensure that support goals are consistently met.
  • Ensure that user data handled during support interactions is treated with the utmost privacy and in compliance with company policies.

Qualifications And Experience

  • 2 - 4 years of experience in tax, compliance, or tax technology
  • Strong understanding of direct taxes (e.g., ITR filing, TDS)
  • Familiarity with tax workflows, compliance processes & statutory obligations
  • Solid skills in MS Excel (advanced formulas/functions)
  • Exposure to Power BI for data visualization and automation
  • Ability to build logic-driven solutions for tax data handling and compliance
  • Preferred - Experience in a tax technology or consulting environment
