Shift: 2pm to 11pm (Rotational)

Your future duties and responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Review mortgage-related transactions and process cancellation requests within the Loan Origination System (LOS).
• Ensure all transactions are completed accurately and within defined turnaround times.
• Validate loan information, supporting documents, and cancellation details before processing.
• Identify discrepancies, exceptions, or missing information and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
• Maintain accurate records and update systems in compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
• Support daily operational activities related to mortgage servicing and loan processing.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to provide timely updates and resolutions.
• Adhere to quality standards, compliance guidelines, and process controls.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.
