Job Description

Technical Skills

4 to 6 years of strong experience in end-to-end performance testing and performance engineering practices across complex applications
Experience in NFR gathering, analysis, and performance test plan creation for scalable enterprise systems
Hands on expertise in Apache JMeter scripting, execution, and result analysis, with exposure to BlazeMeter cloud execution
Strong experience with Azure cloud, AKS monitoring, and observability tools like Grafana, Elastic.. APM tools
Good knowledge of HTTP/HTTPS protocols, REST/SOAP web services, and programming skills in Java or C for customization
Domain Knowledge (Preferred): Understanding of the Life Insurance domain is an added advantage
AI adoption: Practical experience in AI-enabled performance engineering, including AI agent creation and usage in performance testing task
