Job details Job Title: Associate Quality Assurance Division: NBBL Digital Technology Years of Experience: 2yrs+ Education: Graduation (preferably BE/B.Tech) equivalent Full-time Location: Hyderabad/ Chennai Permanent Role Key responsibilities 1. Gather Product requirements (e.g. functionalities, non-functional requirements) 2. Ensure products and procedures meet industry standards 3. Develop test environments and test cases for all positive, negative and edge case scenarios 4. Review business / software requirements and provide input. 5. Prepare / review test plans. 6. Prepare test cases, test scripts and test data. 7. Execute tests (manual / automated). 8. Report defects and assist in their understanding. 9. Preparing and presenting test reports 10. Analyze test results track software testing metrics and root cause. 11. Train, mentor and collaborate with junior software engineers and peers. 12. Find the Root cause for issue and Prepare RCA for Production issue 13. Log Monitoring and Analysis for issue prevention 14. Experience in Testing Micro service API (Restful) components. knowledge on processing API Key skills and experience required 1. Knowledge of at least one or more programming/ scripting language (Java, Micro Service, Unix and Python) 2. Knowledge of at least one database management system (RDBMS / NoSQL) 3. Knowledge and experience in Automation testing using Selenium, API Automation and Open-Source tools like JMeter, TestNG, Rest Assured, Cucumber BDD, Jenkins, GIT. 4. Experience in customizing existing Automation framework. 5. Previous experience as a Test Engineer / Sr Test Engineer or similar role 6. Familiarity with various testing techniques (Functional, E2E, Integration, UAT, etch) 7. Hands-on experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) 8. Great troubleshooting skills and Analytical mind-set. 9. Good written and oral communication 10. Minimum 2/3+ Years of Experience. 11. Payment systems Domain Knowledge 12. Ticketing tool experience like JIRA / Service Now / Service Desk
