The Associate Project Manager handles daily project-assigned tasks and correspondence with internal stakeholders. This role supports Project Managers with internal and external activities during the project maintenance and decommissioning phase of a study.
Key Accountabilities
Responsible for project management during the project maintenance and decommissioning phase of a study.
May have responsibility for overall management and execution of medium-complexity setup projects as defined in the Statement of Work.
Attend client meetings and assist with determination of project requirements.
Chair client meetings and distribute minutes to all project team members.
Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project team.
Utilize project management skills in communication, presentation, time management, organization, and planning to successfully implement company products.
Ensure compliance with internal Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.
Take ownership of discrete, delegated project tasks during the Decommissioning phase of a project lifecycle.
Manage project escalations as appropriate in a timely manner and assist in resolution with internal stakeholders.
International travel required as needed.

Knowledge, Skills & Attributes
Essential:
3–5 years of professional experience.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Strong team orientation with a positive “can do” attitude.
Effective communication skills across all levels of Project Management, with excellent spoken and written English.
Strong multitasking ability with experience working across multiple team members.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented with focus on accuracy.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Desirable:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent/relevant experience.
Background in Pharmaceutical, Medical Education, and/or CRO.
Experience in clinical trials, pharmaceutical industry, or life sciences
