Summary

Position Summary

Support alliance operations, research, and sales enablement activities for the Industry & Client Portfolio Management team within USI Supporting EMEA. In this role, you will help deliver strategic client programs by providing operational coordination, market and competitive insights, stakeholder communications, and reporting support that enable informed decision-making and stronger client engagement.

Work you'll do

As an Associate, Market Research and Insights on the Industry & Client Portfolio Management team, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting alliance operations through material creation, meeting coordination and facilitation, business plan support, project coordination, and template management
• Conducting market, competitor, and business research and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to support strategic planning and decision-making
• Creating stakeholder communication materials including newsletters, presentations, All Hands content, Teams or Yammer posts, and online content
• Supporting sales enablement and customer relationship management reporting activities, including dashboard development, best practice adoption, and awareness campaigns
• Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure quality, compliance, timely delivery, service continuity, and protection of confidential information
  
  

The team

The Industry & Client portfolio Management (I&CPM) has been set up to create a new offshore capability to support the industry leads and business partners on industry strategy, reporting, planning and client programmes.

Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM

Qualifications

Required:

• Master’s degree, PGDM, or MBA
• 1-4 years of experience in market research, business research, data analysis, insights development, or related support roles
• Experience synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data into insights and recommendations
• Experience using business research databases such as Factiva, OneSource, or Bloomberg
• Experience creating presentations, reports, dashboards, or stakeholder communication materials using Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Experience working with stakeholders in a matrixed or multicultural environment
  
  

Preferred:

• Experience with Power BI
• Experience with Salesforce CRM or CRM reporting
• Experience supporting consulting, professional services, or EMEA or Middle East stakeholders
• Experience with MS Access, Excel macros, Tableau, R, or Python
• Experience working with brand guidelines and standardized templates
