Support the PFNA Pricing Strategy team with day-to-day reporting, projects, and ad hoc requests. This role provides an opportunity to build strong business knowledge of Pricing actions, understand their impact, and track performance
Responsibilities
Build and maintain complex reports to track Pricing actions, PPA performance, and performance across brands and occasions
Prepare weekly and periodic reports and presentations to track PPA performance and provide updates to senior leadership.
Support the Pricing Strategy team with project-related work and analysis.
Support the development and validation of PFNA RGM Power BI dashboards.
Support ad hoc requests by pulling data from IRI and providing insights to the team.
Identify opportunities to standardize and automate processes to improve efficiency.
Collaborate with team members and provide support during absences or whenever additional help is needed
Qualifications
6-7 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, or a related field; preferably with a postgraduate degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills are mandatory, including experience working with large and complex datasets.
Knowledge of Power Query, Power Automate, Power BI, or other data and automation tools is an advantage.
Knowledge of IRI (Circana) data and reporting is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights.
Able to work independently, take initiative, and drive tasks to completion with minimal supervision.
Capable of managing multiple time-sensitive priorities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and quality.
Detail-oriented and organized, with strong attention to data accuracy and documentation.
Ability to collaborate effectively and work well in a team environment.
Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency, along with courtesy, patience, and a positive attitude.
Strong communication skills with good proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
