Associate Manager - BI And Reporting

Overview

• The person will be responsible to support reporting and automation requirements of the International Beverages business.
• The person should have very strong Business Intelligence skills and will play a critical role in executing key transformations and process simplifications.
  
  

• Extract shelf prices and other relevant data from third-party sources, such as Nielsen/Circana.
• Cleanse and transform data via Excel or Power BI, ensuring accuracy and consistency through mapping SKUs, correcting erroneous entries, and standardizing formats.
• Upload and integrate transformed data ensuring proper data flow and validation.
• Collaborate with local market teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment with business needs.
• Monitor data integrity and implement quality control checks throughout the data handling process.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise during data extraction, transformation or upload stages.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of data processes
  
  

• 6-7 Y of experience.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables and data manipulation.
• Experience with Power BI or Power Query for data manipulation and analysis is must to have.
• Experience on working with Python is strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
