Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Associate Manager – Academic Delivery to support the end-to-end delivery of Management and Leadership programs across online, blended, and offline formats. The role will be responsible for content review, quality assurance, coordination with academic partners and freelancers, and ensuring seamless learner delivery while maintaining the highest academic standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end academic delivery for Management and Leadership programs.

Review academic content to ensure alignment with curriculum objectives, industry relevance, and quality standards.

Coordinate with academic partners, faculty, subject matter experts, and freelancers for timely content development and delivery.

Support curriculum customization based on university and enterprise partner requirements.

Monitor learner delivery quality and work with facilitators to ensure a superior learning experience.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful program execution.

Track academic delivery milestones and proactively resolve delivery-related issues.

Support continuous improvement initiatives through learner feedback, quality reviews, and delivery analytics.

Mentor junior team members and trainers, where required.

Required Experience, Skills, And Qualifications

8–12 years of experience in Academic Delivery, Learning & Development, EdTech, Higher Education, or Management Education.

Experience managing Management and Leadership programs.

Strong understanding of curriculum review, content quality assurance, and learner delivery.

Experience working with universities, faculty members, SMEs, and instructional design teams.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms.

Strong project management and execution capabilities.
