IT Analyst – Entry Level

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and curious entry-level IT Analyst to join our Business Systems team. The successful candidate will learn how enterprise applications support business processes by shadowing experienced team members who work with platforms such as Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) and Oracle Fusion Cloud. With training and guidance, the analyst will gradually take on application support, testing, documentation, and project tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Shadow experienced analysts and developers supporting OTM, Oracle Fusion, and other enterprise applications.
• Learn the business processes and workflows supported by these applications.
• Assist with basic user queries, issue investigation, and service requests under supervision.
• Help document application processes, configurations, support steps, and training materials.
• Participate in system testing, including preparing test scenarios, recording results, and reporting defects.
• Support data checks, report validation, and other routine application tasks.
• Work with business users and technical teams to understand requirements and follow up on open items.
• Take part in application training, knowledge-sharing sessions, and project activities.
• Build skills in enterprise application support and work toward handling assigned tasks independently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering in Data Analytics, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
• Recent graduate or fresher; previous experience with OTM, Oracle Fusion, or other enterprise applications is not required.
• Basic understanding of databases, software applications, and technology concepts.
• Strong interest in learning enterprise systems and how they support business operations.
