We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director, Delivery Management Specialist
In this role, you will:
Lead the end-to-end development of a future state product on collection and recoveries within the BFSI sector.
Lead the product build from concept to deployment, ensuring timely, within-budget delivery.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports.
Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and handle escalations efficiently.
Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, Engineering leads and cross-functional teams to define and agree on product requirements, prioritization, timelines and delivery cadence.
Engage with surround Tech and collaborate with them to agree on the delivery cadence, and collaborate with Tech Architect, Senior Developers, Engineering leads and Tech BA.
Ensure periodic checkpoints calls with key stakeholders and keep them closure to the project timelines.
Provide regular updates to leadership on progress, risks, and mitigations.
Work and track closely with developers, QA teams, and DevOps to ensure high-quality deliverable and on-Time delivery.
Manage technical trade-offs, validate technical solutions, and drive continuous improvements.
Collaborate with Tech Architect and Engineering Leads to draft Clear Choice and influence wider stakeholder to converge on the feasible option.
Implement Agile/Scrum frameworks for iterative product development and delivery
Conduct sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups to monitor progress.
Participate or conduct Scrums and Scrum of Scrums
Establish KPIs for project performance and product outcomes.
Manage post-launch operations, including bug tracking, enhancements, and support plans.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
16+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in BFSI or FinTech.
Must have prior experience working on complex BFSI deliverables involving multiple platforms.
Must have sound understand of micro- services and API architecture.
Solid understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), APIs, microservices, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP).
Proficiency with PM tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Boards, MS Project, or Trello.
Excellent knowledge on Agile ways of working
Excellent communication skills
Excellent Excel and PPT knowledge
