Position Summary
The SGM Shared services team within the US Firm’s Growth & Purpose organization is seeking an Analyst (USI) to support the Reporting for the shared services team. This role will focus on supporting reporting execution, dashboarding, and insights generation to enable data-driven decision making across SGMs.
Work you'll do
As an Associate, Data Management on the Reporting team, you will be responsible for:
- Support preparation and maintenance of reports, dashboards, and reporting frameworks using Power BI and Tableau
- Assist in sales, pipeline, revenue, and KPI reporting activities, including stakeholder-ready presentations and reporting materials
- Perform data validation, cleansing, hygiene checks, and documentation of reporting metrics
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather data inputs and support reporting governance and change management activities
- Support automation, process improvement initiatives, ad hoc analysis, and basic insights generation for business decision-making
The team
The Reporting team operates as a centralized shared services function supporting SGM leaders through reporting, analytics, and insights. The team plays a key role in ensuring consistency, transparency, and efficiency across reporting processes.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in reporting, analytics, operations, or data analysis roles
- Experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience using Power BI or Tableau for dashboarding and data visualization
- Experience using Power Apps and Power Automate
- Experience generating reports, dashboards, and insights from business data
- Experience using artificial intelligence tools such as Copilot or ChatGPT
Preferred:
- Experience using Python, SQL, R, or similar tools
- Experience using data transformation tools such as Alteryx or Snowflake
- Experience supporting automation or artificial intelligence-led reporting solutions
- Experience working in consulting or cross-functional environments
