About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the product roadmap for AI-driven commercial capabilities and engagement optimization
• Scout emerging AI technologies and lead MVPs and pilots to validate and scale impactful solutions
• Translate commercial goals into technical requirements and solution architectures for delivery teams
• Lead cross-functional teams to build, deploy, and operate production-grade AI solutions
• Oversee end-to-end technical delivery from data ingestion to model deployment and monitoring
• Ensure AI models are scalable, secure, and integrated with CRM and content platforms
• Collaborate with commercial stakeholders to align priorities and drive solution adoption
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, communicating value and trade-offs
• Champion ethical AI practices, embedding fairness, transparency, and accountability into design
• Ensure compliance with Novartis standards and external regulations in all AI product development
  
  

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field
• Minimum 10 years of product management experience, including 5+ years in AI/ML or data-centric roles
• Proven track record of delivering AI products from concept to production with full service ownership
• Strong technical foundation and ability to collaborate closely with engineering and data science teams
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across technical and business domains
• Experience working in healthcare, life sciences, or other regulated industries
• Deep understanding of AI/ML development, including NLP, recommender systems, and experimentation
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps tools like MLflow, Airflow, or SageMaker
