Assistant Manager Temporal Full Stack Engineer

What role will you play?

In this role, you will design and build resilient Temporal workflow-based services and platform capabilities using Python and AWS cloud-native services. You will play a key role in translating complex business operations into durable, observable, and fault-tolerant systems.

What You Offer

• 6-8 years of experience in backend software engineering, DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, or related infrastructure roles, including 2+ years of hands-on experience with Temporal Workflows and Activities in production environments.
• Strong Python development expertise (3+ years), with proven experience designing, developing, troubleshooting, and optimizing applications, as well as operating Temporal Cloud or self-hosted Temporal clusters.
• Deep knowledge of AWS cloud services, containerized and cloud-native architectures, and event-driven/distributed systems, including Kafka-based integrations.
• Experience with API gateways, service-to-service communication patterns, and modern DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, observability, monitoring, and logging tools such as Grafana and Splunk.
• Strong production support capabilities, including incident management, root cause analysis, and service reliability improvements, with excellent collaboration and communication skills across engineering, architecture, product, and platform teams.
