Position Summary
The Manager, Sourcing, Candidate Engagement, and Technology provides leadership for a team of Sourcers, Candidate Engagement Specialists, and TA Analysts responsible for mining candidate databases, identifying qualified talent, applicant flow analysis, recruiting funnel reporting, and operational insights across divisions. The role ensures the team reinforces consistent data and process standards, supports business hiring priorities, gathers accurate source-system data, builds recurring and ad-hoc reporting, identifies meaningful performance variances, and packages findings for weekly applicant flow reports and Monthly Operating Reviews (MORs).

The team builds the underlying analysis and reporting; the US Retained Team reviews the outputs, adds business context, and presents insights to leadership. Success requires strong people leadership, analytical judgment, communication skills, process discipline, and the ability to translate recruiting data into clear, actionable insights.
