Job Description

Overview

Responsible for investigating pricing disputes of BENELUX, arrive at resolution to pricing disputes by conducting RCA interacting with various stakeholder groups and ensure positive contribution to BNL's P&L.

Responsibilities

Understanding of pricing disputes of OT and AFH customers of BNL.
Compare pricing disputes with pricing conditions set up in SAP ECC.
Validate the pricing disputes.
Collaborate with stakeholder groups across GCC and BU.
Work towards quick resolution of Pricing disputes.
Reporting and analytics around pricing disputes.
Reporting and analytics around pricing disputes and impact on P&L.

Qualifications

Master's degree (preferred).
Knowledge of working on SAP ECC (preferred)
Knowledge in AP/AR Claim Processing (preferred)
Thorough working knowledge of MS Excel
Transformation Mindset to lead micro automations for process improvements
Stakeholder management
Team player
Good communication skills
