This position will be part of the =Master Data Maintenance Team under the Global Sales Enablement team supporting Frito Lay North America business team.
As GSE MDM analyst, Process New Customer set up on SAP, ensuring conformance to established data quality standards and service level agreements.
Highlight process gaps and inefficiencies and proactively seek solution to increase service level efficiency.
Responsibilities
As GSE MDM analyst Process New Customer set up on SAP, ensuring conformance to established data quality standards and service level agreements
Execute monthly run change requests from the Field Sales team
Maintain customer master file for new store and equipment order information.
Send timely field communications on store openings and equipment order confirmations.
Process new store creations and equipment order requests within 48 hrs, ensuring complete and accurate information.
Run reports on BOBJ to validate the store set up and chain information.
Highlight process gaps and inefficiencies and proactively seek solution to increase service level efficiency.
Well versed with advanced excel, Power Automate and Power BI to maintain the monthly wiring dashboards and weekly reports.
Good to have power automate/power apps expertise.
Hands on raising ServiceNow requests.
People Responsibilities
Develop winning relationships with Cluster Sales Leadership team and other key stake holders within the Cluster business, ensuring highest levels of agility and support are provided
Support the Cluster Sales Lead with all initiatives to improve GBS service offerings
Master’s degree qualified in Business.
Exceptional written and oral communication, adapting approach by situation and audience
Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
Proactive, responsive and results driven
High attention to detail
Essential
Fluent English with excellent interpersonal skills.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office programs.

Qualifications
Master’s / Bachelor's degree qualified in Business.
