Job Description

Area Manager – 811 Premier

Job Role :

Managing a portfolio of 800-900 customers
The Team Manager will be responsible for managing a Team of 10-12 Relationship Officers
Engaging with the mapped customers (via digital medium and physical meetings) to fulfil their service requirements
Increase the Relationship Value of mapped customers
Cross-Selling Investment Products (Mutual Funds, Demat Accounts, SIP etc.), Insurance Products ( Life and Non-Life), Credit Cards and Loans
Increase in Relationship Value of Portfolios mapped to Relationship Officers
Ensuring all mapped Relationship Officers are IRDAI and AMFI/EUIN certified

Job Requirements :

Minimum 8-10 years of Sales Experience
Prior team management experience of at least 3 years
Basic Excel knowledge and ability to perform non-complex data analysis
Basic understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools like salesforce, CRM next
