Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Architect with 8 to 12 years of expertise in Selenium Test Automation Mobile Test Automation GEN AI Testing and Device Testing. The role involves designing and implementing cutting-edge testing solutions in a hybrid work model. The candidate will contribute to the companys innovation in testing technologies enhancing product quality and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust test automation frameworks to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Oversee the integration of GEN AI Testing methodologies to enhance testing efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide expertise in Mobile Test Automation to ensure comprehensive testing across various devices and platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve testing challenges effectively.
• Develop and maintain test scripts using Selenium to automate repetitive testing tasks.
• Ensure thorough Device Testing to guarantee optimal performance across different hardware.
• Lead the evaluation and adoption of new testing tools and technologies to improve testing processes.
• Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality.
• Mentor and guide junior team members in best practices for test automation and device testing.
• Coordinate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of testing processes.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing strategies and methodologies.
• Document and report testing outcomes to stakeholders ensuring transparency and accountability.
