Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of software components.
• Document and communicate findings and resolutions clearly to stakeholders and team members.
• Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance system support efficiency.
