Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business objectives.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Integration Services.
• Experience with cloud-based integration platforms and middleware solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in distributed systems and service-oriented architectures.
• Knowledge of monitoring and alerting tools to maintain system health.
• Ability to analyze logs and trace issues across multiple integrated components.
